So, we have put together 7 mini-workshops on various topics.

Trust Equation

In this session, we focus our attention on the Trust Equation.  In September 2001, David Maister, Charles Green and Robert Galford first published their best-selling book, The Trusted Advisor.  This model allows the coach and coachee to explore this concept and where trust may be getting in the way of their relationships, good working practice and decision making processes.

Coaching Models

Circle of Influence/Concern

We look at this tool in the 8 Habits session too, but, here we go much deeper.  Again, from the concept, the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, we explore in exercise format exactly how we as a coach can utilise this great tool to develop self-awareness.

In this session, we focus on the Karpman Drama Triangle.  A fascinating look at the connection of power in conflicts, human behaviour and communication.

3 Chairs

In this session, we encourage you to “ZOOM OUT” to get an outside view of a situation before making a decision.  This is a great technique to use with your coachee that can reassure them about decision making or even question their rationale or logic.

8 Habits of a Highly Effective Coach/Using the MTQPLUS

In this session, we look at how to coach using the MTQPLUS psychometric measure that we use in the main “Coaching with Purpose” programme.  We also link the concept to the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and use some of the principles mentioned within.  A pacey session with some simple yet highly effective tips.
