Prior to his current role he was a Chartered Accountant turned executive recruiter and then a successful recruitment business leader with over 25 years as a CEO within that sector for two international recruitment firms – Michael Page International (now Page Group) as Asia Pacific Managing Director and then Ambition a global white-collar recruitment group which he co-founded and led as CEO.
